Booth amenities: You can supply your own booth items, but Diamond Rental is an excellent supplier. Many commonly ordered items include draped tables, chairs, carpet and electricity. Wireless internet will be provided by us free of charge for those who need it. No wired internet is available in the Nordstrom building. More details will be available at set-up check-in.

Booth design rules: The pillars in the Nordstrom building make for regular and not-so-regular shaped booths. As a general rule, all booth amenities must be within the alotted space (nothing in the isles). Anything deemed unsafe in the opinion of the expo organizer (such as tipping hazards) will be required to change. The provided drape rods will support normal banners but in general are not to be used as booth support. Helium balloons are okay in this building.

Set up day: No final date has been selected yet as our set-up date, but it will be around November 19th or 20th to avoid later-in-the-week Thanksgiving celebrations. We stongly encourage all to finish setting up on our set-up day. We will have a check-in desk near the East door. Please load in the East door if possible. There is a large loading dock available on the north side of the building too if you need dock space (please pre-arrange). At check-in you will receive exhibitor badges, internet information and other important information. You may park in any of the lots during set-up and show hours. Exhibitors please park in designated exhibitor parking during the Festival (back of lot).

Food handlers permit questions: If you're giving away food or food samples of any kind, you may need to go to the Health Departments and get a food handlers permit (151 S. University, Provo or 801.851.7000 for information). Pre-packaged food (Tootsie Rolls, etc) do not need anything, but if you're not sure, please call this Health Department number.

Take down: One hour immediately following the Festival on Monday, December 3rd or Tuesday, December 4th between 9:00 a.m. to noon.


This event is free to the public, but if you'd like e-mailable "reminders" to send out to friends, we can make a custom one with your name on it to use as you'd like.


Everyone can and probably will be giving away small promotions at thier booth, but if you'd like help promoting something bigger we'd love to help. Minimum price of the giveaway must be $100 and limit of one major giveaway per day. If you'd like to participate please contact Sheri (801.822.1333) or Roxanne (801.361.8382) by Friday, November 16th.


Expo marketing includes a media-wide campain individually and in conjunction with University Mall advertising. Included is KUTV-TV, I-15 billboards, Utah Valley Magazine, The Daily Herald newspaper, Home Town Values, retail posters, mailings and others.
